Follow the link below to sign up and download our booking app. Please note an upfront payment can be made for a minimum of 3 months, 6 months qualify for 5% discount and 12 months 10% discount. Send an email to tanya@crossfiteikestad.co.za if you would like this option.

The parent trap
ZAR 899.00 – 4 Credits Per Week
The Parent Trap: This class is specially for busy parents, which will allow moms and dads to do their school drop off before training. Our focus will be to give you best of both where we run a combination of functional and strength training (combining the volume and movement time of sweat with the additional strength components of CrossFit ) sessions will run 8:15-9:15 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and will allow 2 additional open gym sessions at 8:15 for Tuesdays and Thursdays or alternatively it will give you the option to join the 05:45 sweat class on those days.
